The How's Mom Connections Hub automatically pulls family contacts from PointClickCare. Any changes made to contacts like new phone numbers or emails are immediately synched to How's Mom - keeping your contact list up to date.

Share recent health updates with authorized family members including active medications, recent vitals, conditions and nutrition orders. Your facility controls which records to make available and when.
Document Family Communications Compliance
Automatically create a progress note in PointClickCare with the details of your family notification. How's Mom sends the notification AND documents your compliance for survey and internal reviews!
MatrixCare Activation
- Contact your MatrixCare Account Manager
- Complete a MatrixCare SOW adding ADT integration to your agreement
